Return requests within 7 days

Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns. Contact customer care before sending an item so we can confirm the return arrangements and address.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
Contact customer care with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate next steps.
Refund processing
After an eligible returned item is received and checked, Metal Decor normally initiates the refund within 5–7 business days. The payment provider or bank may require additional time to credit it.
Cancellation requests
Contact customer care as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are reviewed individually based on the current order and dispatch status.
Your consumer rights
The 7-day change-of-mind request period does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. Please contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or does not match its description. We will review the issue and arrange the applicable return, replacement or refund.
