Ordering and payment
Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Payments are processed through Cashfree. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order details; it does not confirm dispatch. Contact customer care if you have a payment or order-status question. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange the applicable refund for any payment received.
Delivery within India
We deliver within India through services arranged using Shiprocket, subject to courier availability. Paid orders are normally handed to the courier within 2–3 business days. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation requests are reviewed individually based on order and dispatch status. Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
